Hi Everyone,
I'm brand new and was hoping I could get some advice from all of you. I am initiating a separation from my husband and am concerned about losing my hold on our house. If I am the one to move out do I lose any claim to it and it's equity?

Ohiogal has answered your specific question. If there are kids, you should consult an attorney before moving out since it could affect custody.
