If a person can sue a bar etc. for serving a drunk driver who injures someone... Can a drunk driver sue a bar for serving an obviously drunk person (self)? In other words can a DUI offender recover costs etc. from the bar for the serving of the obviously drunk?
In my case no injuries or deaths.
