Hi.. I am a victim of online fraud, where someone sold me something, and mailed it to me via USPS, and is located in California. How can I file a claim in CT and get them to force him to come to my state instead of me going there? It seems unfair for me to go out to CA when he is the fraud. I have lots of proof..
