What is the name of your state? missouri i need the equivalent to kansas probate code59-1507b but i need the missouri code i think it is in chapter 473 i just dont know exactly which one, it has to do with property may be transferred upon furnishing of an affidavit showing entitlement (i already have the affidavit) i need to attach the missouri code to it. this has to do with some money from a very long lost relative of my grandmother who has been dead for 5 years and we are distant relatives and i need to provide this from missouri, some relatives from kansas provided the code 59-1507b and it was accepted, this is all being dealt with in texas. thank you very much hope it is not too confusing kerry rogers

Do a GOOGLE search on the term MISSOURI STATE LAW or MISSOURI PROBATE CODE and see if you can find any links. If not, guess you'll have to consult a lawyer.
