bought a used car three days ago and while going to work today, it stalled in a intersection and wouldnt start. The dealer said the car was in great condition but offered no warrenty. Is there such a thing as a three day lemon law in California

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Nope. But you can probably return it based on fraud. See the situation is you didn't get a warranty which essentially made it a buyer beware thing. Dealers, although, are held up to a higher standard of care, so you might be able to negate the deal.
