What is the name of your state? NH

I received an "affidavit of non compliance" from an attorney trying to collect as the judgement creditor. He requested that an "order of arrest" be issued. My question is will I be physically arrested as a result of this? I had agreed to payment arrangements, but was unable to keep them up when a family crisis hit. I thought it might go away, but was wrong. It has been a month since receiving this letter. I have not seen a sheriff or received any further corespondance in this matter. My total owed is a little over $900.00 and I think it is even a bill I previously paid!! Too late I guess. But about the order of arrest?????? Can I be arrested at a traffic stop? My place of employment? What suggestions do you have?
