I am 17 years old and I met a 30 year old men a year ago, we started liking each other but never beggan dating because my mother nerver approved.
I respect my mother, i know she wants the best for me, I know it seems crazy to like a person 14 years older than you, But I do. He has never touched me in any way, we like each other for a year now and a couple months back we kissed.
My mother found out and now wants a restraining order for him.
She has no reason for it, only because we kissed.
Is that possible?
can she really get a restraining order for that?
and if it can be done how long does it last for?
Please I need to know as soon as possible
