I filed in california, and now live in oregon. My ex stopped responding a couple of months ago, and I want to get this divorce moving. I've looked up my case status and it says forms 115 and 117 filled out wrong. Those are the proof of summons paperwork by his brother, and both my ex and his brother confirmed they got the papers. But they apparently filled the POS out wrong or didn't send them and I've asked them to do this twice already. I filed online, through the ezlegalfile, and was hoping to get this resolved without a lawyer. What should I do next? Thanks for any help,
