What is the name of your state? PA
I embezzleded funds from my company. I will be going to prison sometime this year for the crime.
The owners are also filing a lawsuit against me. Let's say it's for 1 million. I don't have any money or assets, and I only have dealt. I live from payck to payck.

What happens to the lawsuit if I file bankrucpty
