To Lawrat: Illegal Search? and can evidence obtained there in be thrown out?
Brother was recently arrested and warrant stated the house with full description of house and to also search brother and or his person, they arrested my brother in front of my house in dads pickup, the officer said to my dad, either cooperate or i will get a tow truck, no search warrant was ever given or shown to me or my dad at that time or any other, is any of the property taken from dads truck admissable as evidence as this seems to be an illegal search?
