What is the name of your state? Arizona

My wife and I established a Living Trust in California in 1979 which was amended in 1983 and again in 2006. We have now moved to Arizona and need to know if our trust is still valid in Arizona.

Thank you for your help

As a general rule: yes. You do need, however, to make an appointment with an AZ attorney to review and update the trust to conform to AZ statutes to avoid possible complications in the future.
