I have a stipulation to my separation agreement in place wherein my (ex)wife lives in the marital home for 3 year's and pays me rent. She has stopped paying me rent. As I still owe her monies from the sale of the house (I have been paying it off regularly), can I still enforce the stipulation and have her vacate the premises due to lack of payment and proceed with my divorce?
