A client of mine is trying is trying to view the will of his Grandfather. He and four of his sibilings may have been on the will but only his Aunt viewed it. He stated the their was money left to the grandkids. The Aunt has refused letting anyone view the will. Is there anyway he can view the will?

When did grandfather die? Was the estate/will probated? If so the will should be public record at county courthouse.

Normally the will is filed at the county courthouse within 30-90 days after the death.

If she is deliberately withholding the will the beneficiaries may want to open up probate themselves so that the judge can ask her to produce the will for probate.
