What is the name of your state? Minnesota
I own and operate a small business in Minnesota. I purchased a product from a vendor in Texas in July of 2007. The merchandise was sent to my customer in non-working condition. I contacted the vendor and they said they would give me a credit. I have contacted this vendor over a dozen times to get the problem resolved. I have given my credit card, which the credit should be applied to, everytime I have contacted this vendor. I have sent numerous faxes with the same information requesting the credit. My only choice now it to take them to small claims court or recoupe my losses. I am wondering if I can also sue them for my travle/lodgeing expenses as well as my time lost from work.
Thanks,
Jamie
