I have a Pro se appeal in the 11th circuit with 1 wk. for my response on the appellee brief.
Def. atty tore me up and i no i need to respond but i need case law on statue of limitations. Def. policy states 1 yr or will conform with state laws. Which in the this case is 10 yrs. Federal 6yrs. Def. is self insured so it seems to me ERISA does not apply, which i am attempting punitive and bad faith. Def. counsel sights alot of case law, most of which seem irrelevant, and i am desperate to do the very best i can on this brief.
Any help provided will be so very much appreciated.
