What is the name of your state? West Virginia
Hello, we need advice on a probate matter in W. Virginia--person A is administrator of estate (assets=land with two houses), person B is half-sister, a ward of the state living with a guardian in another part of the state. Person A (equal heir to estate with ward) is unsure what her duties regarding distribution of property are at estate settlement regarding: 1) can ward own property and be made joint deed- holder with person A; 2) can person A move into house on willed property with ward receiving fair market value contigent upon sale of property? Or, must person A settle with ward immediately either with buy-out or sale of property? (Can the state force sale of property to settle?)
Thank you for your time
