I lended $35000 to a friend in NYC to help him in startig his business but i have no legal paper and no written agreement coz was my close friend.. I have 1 option to enter into partnership agreement with 20% my share in profit and loss but i dont wanna work with him..I want my money back..how can get that back? any advices? I m just student i gave him from my college budget..I am from Newyork
I dont trust him.. i just want my money back to pay off my tuitions...
