What are you trying to accomplish? What would an annulment get you that the divorce hasn't gotten you?

If you're trying to get a church annulment, then it might help, but IMHO, those are just formalities, anyway. I don't know of any divorced couples who were unable to get annulments in the Catholic church. I'll spare you my personal views on the entire process.
