My almost 11 year old son is being bullied/harrassed by another student (also almost 11 years old) in his class. The school has taken many steps to keep my son and this student separated, but the student still finds "opportunities" to harrass/bully my son. It is possible to have a restraining order served on the other student? Does such a thing have to go through his parents or guardians? I am setting up a meeting with the school, the other child, and his parents, but if that does not produce acceptable results, I would like to know the next steps. Please advise. Pennsylvania. What is the name of your state?
