out of state divorce

I live in Ca. and she lives in Washington. But I do not know where or her address.My wife agreed to a divorce.She signed all the papers. At the time she signed the papers, I had just gotten out of the Marines. Before I filed the papers I re-enlisted back into the Marines. I had to leave right away to San Diego.We lived in Oregon at the time. The papers are no longer valid. And because I re-enlisted she will not sign any papers. What are my options? I deploy at the end of April and need to get this settled.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
