grounds for a annulment

my wife and i just got married february 23, 2008. i find out she is telling some guy that he needs to talk to her or he is goining to have to pay child support. i ask her what was going on he tells me she had a affair with thia guy about 3 weeks before we got married. now we were married in a catholic church. can i get a annulmant citing fraud? because i would not have married her had i known she was screwing around on me. she isnt pregnant thanks god. any advise would be great.
