My attorney became a judge and tried and convicted me of a crime that I did not commit. The Attorney he appointed to represent me also acted as judge against me while still representing me. This is also the case of the judge as he was still my Attorney on a bodily injury case. He resigned as my attorney after signing my arrest warrant.

Sound like you should file an appeal. The judge should have disqualified himself from the case. A judge should be totally unbiased and he should have known better. You may also want to file a complaint with the state bar association. The bar has the authority to discipline the judge if he violated the rules and guidelines of the bar. You might want to find a different lawyer too, preferably one from another town.
