In the State of Texas, is there a standard form and type of paper, size of font, etc. required by the courts for a "SUBSTITUTION OF ATTORNEY" document? Thanks for all answers. This is such a helpful site. I am grateful!

My response:

I had no luck finding one for you on the Net. However, I imagine that you know to call the Court Clerk to find out if such a form exists, and how to obtain one.

Thanks for writing.
