If a Bahamian Civil Court finds for a Bahamian Plaintiff,
can the Plaintiff attempt to collect from the Defendant,
a US citizen, in the US, either thru federal or state courts and/or collections agencies?

Simple answer, "Yes", a Bahamian court judgment could be pursued in the U.S.

This is what is called a "Foreign Judgment" and most states provide for there enforcement IF certain processes were complied with in the original judgment. Depending on where you live (see the RED text at the top of the screen) and the legal proceeding in Bahama, it might be 'domesticated'.
