I had to sign a warrant for my own protection against my girlfriend. I was told by the judge it was a good idea since she had such a bad record. Is there a way I can find out what she has done in her past? We still very much care for one another but she has some mental issues she is working on. I'd like to know before we try to get back together. Also am I allowed to call her, I know the judge mentioned, " If she tries to harass you let 911 know ASAP." I live in Delaware
