We are a French couple who drew up a contract of traditional surrogacy (I am the biological father) in California with a surrogate who lives in anchorage . (our lawyer lives in california and said to us that he can’t help us in Alaska).Our relationships with our surrogate mother are excellent. It was expected that she must deliver in California.
Unfortunately for health reasons (they needs a bedrest until the delivrery), she will be obliged to deliver in Anchorage in little time. We seek a lawyer who wants work with us in order to start proceedings so that we can recover our two babies (she is pregnant with twins).
