Is it legal to interrogate a person who is intoxicated and can the interrogation be used in court of law in the state of Arizona??

A suspect's intoxication is not a defense to the voluntaryness of his or her confession, the only relevant issue is was the confession coerced through force, threats or promises actual or implied.
