What is the name of your state? georgia i have typed up all the paper work according to what georgia law tells me i have to have but the judge at my courthouse says i have to mail the paperwork to my husband. according to georgia law that is the job of the clerk's office. i keep getting the run-around from the courthouse and by the judge. i'm trying to figure out what i'm doing wrong so to get my divorce. i cannot afford a lawyer and i have had no contact with my husband in 3 years and don't know where he is, hence the divorce by publication. can anyone help me?
