State of Washington.

Is the ticket still valid in the State of WA if I was not asked to sign and was only given the driver copy?

Also, I've been told that if an officer gets a radar reading while heading in the opposite direction then the ticket is also not valid.

Any answers/advice would be greatly appreciated.
