VA.I filed for divorce & taped depositions 7 months ago.My ex did not attend the depositions.We have been separated 19 months.All of the custody & child support issues were included in our separation agrement.Now , she will not sign the papers.Although she is not contesting the divorce.Can I not recieve a divorce by default?How long does this take?My lawyer has been paid in full beforehand.
