What has to happen for someone to be charged with conspiracy in regardss to Drugs. Do you have to be caught with drugs? Money? or can someone just accuse you of being a dealer? What are the cops looking for? If someone claims to have purchased drugs from you can they arrest you with conspiracy even if you have nothing on you?
