My boyfriend was just incarcerated for a 1998 Felony charges . (Preventing a call to report Domestic Violence; Unlawful Restraint; and Resisting Arrest) for which he received 2 years probation He never went to see his probation officer, hence the warrant. What kind of time is he looking at facing?

Once probation is violated the original charges are opened up so to speak and whatever sentence those charges originally carried is what he can now be sentenced to.
