What is the name of your state? Texas

My wife and I joined a fitness club in our community and we paid for the year up front. After 7 weeks they cancelled the only class that my wife and I could go to after being guaranteed that these class time would not change. Now I have called, spoke to the manager in person, and called his boss. They keep saying let us get it together, Bla, Bla, Bla. I'm tired of waiting and getting the run around. I have told them that I only want back what was paid and not used, basically 45 weeks.

Does it sound like I would have a good small claims suit?

Thanks,

T-bird
