no longer living with my dad... what is legally mine?

ok so about 1 week ago my father showed great physical agression towards me and I left and went to my mother's house. before the delima i went back and fourth about eery 2 weeks... visiting the other on tuesdays and thursdays. until now... because i legally live with my mother full time now. my father bought me a 4 wheeler... and I was wondering if i have the right to keep it... because god knows i cant make enough money to buy my own making 6.50 an hour at valentinos.
