I'd have to wonder about why an 18 year old would want to date a 16 year old.

Duh.... 15 and 16 year olds have no inhibitions and very low standards....

Sure, you can date. You just can't do ANYTHING of a remotely sexual nature - and as Bay has already said, the minute the parents of said 15 (almost 16) year old say enough... it's enough, or the 18 year old MAN is going to adult jail.
