What is the name of your state? California

If I need to sue someone that is on an income provided by the state, will I have any chance of recovery if I utilize the T.V. court system? If not, what other options do I have?...:rolleyes:

What T.V. court system? :rolleyes::rolleyes:
Why don't you sue them in REAL court? You may not be able to recover now, but judgments last a long time.
