I Live In North Carolina and received a pjc last year for 70 in a 55 i got it reduced to 64 in a 55 and got a pjc, but today i got another ticket going 70 in a 55 although my speedometer read 60 or a little above. How can i resolve this without being cherged with both do i have gorunds to plea for faulty wiring?
