Co-signed for sister to buy mobile home in 1998. Found out approximately 4 months ago, the mobile home is in my name only and my signature was forged and her name isn't on the financial contract. The contract she and I signed does not exist. By the way, when this contract was signed, I was in the state of Kansas. The contract was signed in South Carolina. The manager who signed the contract along with whoever signed my name, was fired. In fact, the entire staff has been replaced. I know I have a case, what actions should I take?
