i was recently married in Florida. I found out after, that my husband was already married. Is our marriage null and void, or do we need to get an annulment?

Your marriage is null and void. However, you should still speak with an attorney to ensure that you get out of it whole.

I am going to disagree. Her marriage is voidable, not void. She still needs to legally dissolve the marriage and needs the advice of an attorney.
