Q: What is the adv. rate of administrator fees?

A: I don't know if Kentucky has a statute on this, but regardless, the court will tell you the exact figure.

A: Certainly. This is America! But the court needs to approve the loan BEFORE it is made. AND another personal representative would have to be appointed to represent the estate in that matter. It can get messy and is not a good idea.

Estate Very little - 2 sons, One 4 states away, other in Jail.
House needs sold, not much family left. Older Uncle helping out - Will need 2000 to get bills up to date.
Want to get him paid as the Administrator and for the Monies he will put out of pocket.
Reasonablr rate of interest / % fee of estate.
