What is the name of your state? Kentucky
We are concerned that our aging mother, executress of the will, may not be represented appropriately by her hometown attorney. Following the death of father, the will has been in contest for over 4 years. Two children from first marriage do not agree with the majority of the estate going to the second wife. The will was challenged on numerous counts, none of which have been successful other than to delay any final judgement. At what point should a second opinion be sought?
