MMy ex changed the locks on door of the apt we shared the day he asked me to move out. . I was not on lease. He refuses to return my dog and some other personal property inside the apt. I have filed suit in small claims and he has been served. His friend is an attorney and called me today to tell me that my ex is filing a countersuit against me for frivilous lawsuit. He said he needed the address that I would like to have my ex's answer sent to and which adress I'd like to be supeoned for deposition at. I cannot afford an attorny to represent me during this deposiotion. What can I do after I have been served? etc.etc.
