on october 5, 1999 i was arrested from work for
selling 5 boxes of over the counter allergy pills
to an undercover cop. it was all a set up to
see what i would do. we did not have a rule on
how many you could buy and we were never told we
could only sell a certain amount. 5 minutes after
i sold them i was arrested for doing so. i have
been to court and it was thrown out and the reason
was false arrest. the company fired me on the spot
i almost died that christman cause i have asthma
really bad and the stress of everything that had
happened and that was strill going on trigger a
big attack. i had to pay for 2 lawyers, doctors bill
borrowing money to help me and my 7 year old son live,\
etc. also when i filed for unemployement the office
called me cause there was a dispute on why i was fired.

the enemployment office said that the company i was working
for said i was fied cause i told them i was shooting up drugs while i was at work. this is in black and white at the unemployment office. i told them the story all over again and the following week i started getting my checks.
the company i was working for lied to them cause they didn't
want to pay me. so after 4 months my checks started coming.
that was slander to me from my ex bosses. that cause more
stress on me and another visit to the doctor.

i want to sue this company for all the wrong doing to me and
i need to know if i have waited to long. someone told me i
have 2 years to file. also i do not have a lawyer to take
this case. my first lawyer sold me out to save himself and
my second lawyer case load is full of criminal. please help
me with some answers.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Basically, you need to act now. There may be different statute of limitations for different causes of action: like wrongful termination, slander, libel, corporate fraud
