I have been separated 20 months.I filed for divorce,taped depositions & paid my attorney in full.We settled support & custody issues & included them in our signed separation agreement.Now,my ex is not signing the final papers.But,she is doing nothing to fight or contest .She states that she wants the hearing held in her county of residence.(not mine)Can I get my divorce anyway?How Much longer do I have to wait.My lawyer is not bing very helpful in this matter.
