What happens to my judgment if I filed a garnishment of the person's bank account and found out that after the paperwork was filed that the account is jointly owned. Why did the bank not let me know that it was jointly owned both checking and savings.

Do I lose my judgment or what other means do I have to go about filing? Do I lose all of my costs associated with this filing?
