I live in pima Tucson, AZ

My husband bought a big beautiful house and made me sign a disclaimer
to obtain the house as his sole and separate property as a married man.
I didn't understand English by then (2005). Now I know he deceived me
deliberately, so I'm planning to divorce the soon as possible because this
man is a cruel abuser in everysense, not just about the house. Last year I
had the necesity to have a restriction order served against him, now
it has expired.
PLEASE tell me what should I do about the house. I do not have any friends or family
in U.S, nither any assets.

You're going to need to get an attorney. If you can't afford one, see if there's a legal aid office in your area.

I'm not sure, but even if the house is 100% in his name, it's still going to be marital property if any marital funds were used to purchase it.
