To Whom it may concern:

What is the name of your state? Illinois, but the traffic violation was in Tennessee. I remember paying that in the state of Tennessee in one of their courthouse branches and now I have a collector calling me 11 years later saying it was unpaid and and the fees have doubled. Is this legal and how can this be? That was in 1996 and I have no receipts of proof. Am I being scammed?
