What is the name of your state? NJ
Opposing state: NV
Here is the situation: About 1 year ago ; I hired a company LLC to do some work for us and they were very slow but did finish at first.
-Later on we gave them some more work and they were so slo.
-We finally got the work; but there were several errors
Our issue is they are trying to tell us we owe them money we do not...
-They recently sent us Certified mail which we refused and sent them a final payment of what we feel we own them
The whole issue is they use contractors and they billed for time that we never allowed.
We told them that we use PO's and if there is not PO we don't pay. They then got very nasty and said that is not how we work; when we had already agreed to only do work if a PO# was cut
Please let me know; what we can do here.....
I have stopped contacting them and just sent a check that says paid in full on it.
