I HAVE A DAUGHTER THAT IS EIGHT YEARS OLD AND HER BIOLOGICAL FATHER HAS BEEN ABSENT FROM HER LIFE SINCE I GAVE BIRTH TO HER. I AM KNOW CURRENTLY MARRIED AND MY HUSBAND WOULD LIKE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR HER I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT STEP DO I NEED TO TAKE FOR HIM TO BE ABLE TO ADOPT HER.
