Hi, I live in Colorado and I am payed on a set yearly income.I work for a technology company and work from 7 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and when I come home I continue working on a laptop until 10 p.m., this is about 13 hours a day, and I also work about 3 hours on saturdays and sundays. This makes my adverage work time per week 71 hours. I would like to know if I could be compensated for all of this overtime.
Thanks!
